The Brand pavilion, adjacent to the garden, is the centerpiece of your  rental package.  Ample dressing space for both sides of your wedding party and a staging area for your caterer are available in the nearby Carriage House.  This lovely 120’ x 40’ pavilion can seat over 300 guests at tables.  Farmington also provides 120 chairs and 10 six-foot rectangular tables for rentals.
