The Historic Homes Foundation is the parent organization for Farmington, Whitehall, and the Thomas Edison House and proceeds from the Derby Breakfast benefit all three historic sites equally.  The Historic Homes Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization chartered in 1957 to purchase, preserve and display historic sites and to advance education, culture and the arts in Kentucky.
