Join us for a delicious evening as our local chef prepares seasonal recipes featuring fresh vegetables and herbs harvested straight from our Teaching Garden. You’ll pick up expert growing tips and learn exactly when to harvest and how to preserve your bounty to make the most of every crop. After a 2025 season filled with favorites like Garden-Fresh Veggie Strata and Warm Brussels Sprout Salad, we’re returning with even more mouthwatering dishes to sample this year. Come with an appetite and leave with the inspiration and recipes you need to turn your own harvest into a feast!
