Spend the day with experienced hearth cook, Chas Stephens, prepping and cooking a full meal before sitting down to enjoy the spoils of your efforts with your fellow workshop attendees. Class size limited to 10 participants per workshop. At about 6:30 pm you and others will dine on the day’s bounty complete with wine and bourbon options. Workshop fee includes the cost of all ingredients and beverages. Cooking will take place in Farmington’s summer kitchen building. Workshop will be held monthly through the winter. Workshop will run from Noon to completion of dinner (~8pm).
